I have an interesting family.

This website brings together the amazing endeavors of its members over the past two centuries – historical, literary, political, musical, theatrical, and even cinematic. Given the wonders of computer technology, I’ve been able to augment the text and photos with audio and video links, wherever possible. There’s a magician, a movie star, a murder victim, and much more.

An adventurous young mother arrives by train in NYC from Hollywood in January 1928 with her 16-year-old silent-film-actress daughter for a movie shoot.
